Ms. Fajardo has gained extensive experience in the law, business, and dealing with people involved in very stressful situations.

Ms. Fajardo is Guatemalan American and is fluent in Spanish. Her parents immigrated to the United States in 1967. As the daughter of two immigrant parents, she saw firsthand how difficult it was to start a new life in another country.
